I love it when I can do the whole dinner on the kettle

Tell me about this potato situation, those look delicious
I frequently do potatoes on the grill. In this case, I peeled some yukon golds, parboiled them for about 7 minutes (you can also microwave) and then tossed with olive oil, salt and pepper, and the spices of your choice. Then just grill them for roughly an hour on the cool zone. They always turn out awesome.
For baked potatoes, I spike em with a fork, rub them with olive oil, salt & pepper, and grill them on the cool zone for 1h15m or something. Great way to tater it up.
Looks delish! I also love doing everything on the grill. No extra dishes or clean-up necessary!
Exactly. And everything tastes a little better when it's kissed with fire.
Dang, are those pork chops? They're huge!
Yessir. I always go for the rib chops and our local grocery store butcher always cuts them thick.
Looks a beaut. How do you prep your chops, dry brine or?
I typically dry brine my chops for 18-24 hours, but didn't have time for these. I did a light coat of salt & pepper and then a light coat of a spicy honey rub (meat church.) I let them sit in the rub for probably 2 hours in the fridge. Seared them, pulled them off at 155F and let them rest for 15 min or so. They turned out super juicy!
I can promise I would have lost 85% of the asparagus without a sheet under them lol
Just use tongs and makes sure the asparagus never goes parallel to your grates.
That looks great. This is inspiring.
Such a good grill. It's kind of changed my life a little bit. Lol
My 36 inch Blackstone is fun too!...cook well fellow cook
